This spacious vacation rental home is located directly on the North end of Tybee in the prestigious Captain’s Row neighborhood complete with direct access to a quiet beach. The Admiral’s view has everything you’ll need: Luxurious accommodations, panoramic views from every floor, a private pool, a large backyard facing the ocean with turtle pond and bird sanctuary directly in front, and off street parking spaces for up to 6 vehicles. You are minutes away from many fine restaurants and attractions such as The Tybee Lighthouse and the famous North Beach Bar and Grill.

The Admiral’s View has everything you could possibly desire on your Tybee Beach Vacation. The quiet beach is an incredible spot to try your hand at fishing or learning a new watersport! The house has complimentary Wi-Fi access so you can remain connected but still be far enough away from work to truly enjoy your time at the beach. This spacious beach rental is only 20 minutes away from downtown historic Savannah and is easily one of the best places to watch the sun set and the ships go by on the island. On the ground floor you’ll find a large 2 car garage and covered patio complete with an outside shower so you can rinse off the sand and salt from your day at the beach. A complimentary beach cart is provided to carry all your beach gear. We also provide complimentary sand chairs and umbrellas. In the entertainment room there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and play, with a large high-definition TV, bar, pool table, queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper, a private bath, and outside porch/sundeck and pool.

Admiral’s Second Floor:

3 Bedrooms, Large Balcony and Laundry Room
Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor and discover the impressive master bedroom suite with king sized bed and jacuzzi bathroom with a separate large step in shower featuring dual shower heads. You will also find 2 more bedrooms, a king and a queen, both with private baths on the second level. All the bedrooms are furnished with top of the line Sealy and Sterns & Foster mattresses and linens. The laundry room is located here as well, complete with washer, dryer and wash sink.

Admiral’s Third Floor:

The spacious, open floor plan kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops contains a wide variety of sleek appliances and kitchen gadgetry. The ocean view from this level is stunning and there is no better place to enjoy it than from the oversized balcony. Enjoy the 24 foot long dining bar where the sunsets are spectacular and view all the different varieties of ships going down the Savannah River both day and night. Step back inside and relax in the living room that is furnished with a wet bar, sink and ice machine. Two more bedrooms, a queen and twin bunk beds, and an additional bathroom complete the third floor.

Check-in is at our sister property, the DeSoto Beach Hotel, located at 212 Butler Ave.

Wrist bands may be issued during special events that will be required to be worn during entire stay or may not be allowed back onto the properties.

Credit Card used to make reservation must be presented at check in with Valid ID, or another form of payment will be required.

If booking Admirals View or Officers View, a 50% deposit is required when booking that is nonrefundable, the remaining must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. These reservations cannot be refunded, changed, or cancelled.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside our Properties. Smoking is limited to the outside grounds or porches (be sure windows and doors are closed). A minimum of $250.00 cleaning surcharge and all costs relating to the loss of revenue while property is not rentable will be charged to your card if evidence of smoking in the unit. You will also be asked to vacate immediately without refund.

Housekeeping: All of our Properties have a basic supply of bed and bath linens (sheets and pillowcases on each bed, one bath towel and wash cloth per person up to the unit capacity, and two hand towels and one bath mat in each bathroom).Should you require extra linen, you should plan to bring them, or you may launder them during your stay. Beach towels are not provided. We also provide a “starter supply” of bar soap, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Guests must replenish these items themselves if they run out. The unit is cleaned and beds (except sofa beds) are made prior to your arrival. Daily housekeeping service is not provided, and guests are expected to launder towels, etc. as needed during their stay. It is not necessary to wash towels or bed linen prior to departure. It is a good idea to bring beach towels for beach use. Trash cans are provided inside each Property. All trash is removed by housekeeping from each unit at the end of each reservation. Please do not allow containers to overflow. Daily trash removal is not provided; however, guests may use the dumpster in the alley next to the hotel parking lot to dispose of excess trash during your stay.

Keys: You will be supplied with one (1) key at check in. You must turn your key into the Front Desk at check out. If you do not return the key at check out or if you lose the key, you will be charged a $100 fee to re-key the lock.

Damages: We recognize sometimes accidents are unavoidable and damage might incur. Any costs relating to cleaning, repair, or replacement of damaged items is the responsibility of the guest. All costs relating to damages will be assessed to your credit card upon discovery as well as the loss of revenue while property is not rentable.

Special Events: We may issue and require wristbands during special events. Without wristbands, access to property will be limited.

Fireworks: Absolutely no fireworks on any of our properties.

Taxes: Taxes are subject to change, 13% state and local taxes are added per night. (7% State, 6% Local) – Taxes will increase to 14% January 1st 2020.

This lovely home is located in a prestigious island community, and we participate in a “Good Neighbor Program.” To insure the POA (Homeowners Association) rules and restrictive covenants are adhered to at all times.
