The property is clean and safe. I really didn't know what to expect with the price being so good, but walking through the door, my expectations were exceeded. The place was awesome, the neighbors were were awesome, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I can't wait to come back!!

This review is not for the one bedroom because the occupants staying there before my reservation wanted to extend their stay so I was upgraded to his two bedroom on the same property. As he stated the property is less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and about 2-3 minutes to the mall and great restaurants. The decore in the living/dining was great and comfortable. I would suggest that the bedding be upgraded and supply more than one sheet set for each room. My pet peeve is seeing hair from previous guest in the bathroom and there was hair in the bathroom. It could have been cleaned a bit better but I just cleaned it again myself. The owner was out of town so we communicated via e-mail and he was very timely in responses to a few questions that I had. Overall the apartment was perfect for what I needed and located in a beautiful safe neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous homes. I'm a single woman and felt very safe coming in after dark. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very comfortable with our stay from the first day we arrived. Our reason for staying was a relocation to the area. Based on the reviews we thought it would be a good place to stay for a month while we researched rental properties in Fort Lauderdale. After meeting the onsite manager, Alicia and the other people on the property we felt instantly at home. It was very important to me to feel safe in a new area and I walk my dog often late at night in the neighborhood with no concern. It is a beautiful neighborhood that is safe to walk in, close to restaurants and very close to the beaches. The apartment is very comfortable, in every sense of the word. Recently remodeled, it is a great place to cook, relax, and just spend time as a family. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary appliances and a great full set of pots and pans. The shower is amazing after a day at the beach and the back patio is a relaxing place to eat dinner. After spending a month here and felt very at home we booked for 4 more months while we look for a home to purchase. The owner Greg obviously takes pride in his property and made us feel very welcome. I could not think of anything negative to say about our stay.

I’ve stayed here twice now and what a great escape this place is ! The location is amazing – close to the beach and Publix and Trader Joes ! Everything is provided and the condo is very modern and clean. The bed is super comfy and there is a TV in both rooms - HBO was a nice surprise and the WIFI is good. Ft. Lauderdale has a super long beach, so many canals and the water taxi which is a great for exploring. There are also so many amazing restaurants nearby ! Try Casa d’Angelo for great Italian and don’t miss Las Olas Blvd at night – so much going on ! What I love most about this condo is that it is really a home away from home - peaceful and safe, like a little oasis, yet just a few minutes from all the action. You can sit on the back patio in the evening, surrounded by plants and read a book or enjoy a home cooked meal. The owner Greg is very accommodating and there is also an onsite manager, Alicia, who takes care of the building. Another wonderful stay ! I will definitely by back.

Enjoyed our stay. The property was accurately advertised. Property manager on site. The owner was available via email/text when needed. The owner followed up in a timely manner. No pool but beach/ocean 5 minutes away. Although the kitchen was a bit small, it was equipped with everything you need. Stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, etc. We plan to return next winter.
