This 3360 square foot two level home is exclusively designed as a vacation rental home. Each bedroom has it's own in suite bathroom. While the open floor plan allows for ample space for all to gather for meals and entertaining. ! Please note that the $50 each additional guest fee, only applies to stays of 6 days or less. The weekly and monthly rates are include up to 8 adult guests.

However the kitchen is fully equipped, so you may prepare a fabulous home cooked meal! The main level of this home is accessible, including an wheelchair access ramp by the rear covered porch! The Master bathroom also has a zero threshold shower and accessible sink and access height toilet.

Bedding Arrangement :
Main level two bedrooms each with a King size bed Lower level two bedrooms one with a Queen and one with a King. Family room has large sofa 2 children and living room has a sofa that could sleep two.

About Andrew:
Hello, I own and operate www.asafeplace.com and work 7 days a week to support my family. My wife works at a local bank, we have two wonderful grown children and now we have two fantastic grand children

Why This Property? I designed and built this home in 2015 using modern building methods of Insulated concrete forms and SIP Structually insulated Panels. It is accessible with a ramp, as we have a relative who ended up a paraplegic from a lacrosse accident in college. We know how hard it is to travel when you are win a wheel chair and wanted to make this home accessible for all to come and enjoy Vermont.

Unique Benefits This home is located only 2 miles from the centre of town off of Main street on a side road. It has wonderful year round views and privacy. Yet we are only 8 miles from Bromely Mountain and 15 miles from Stratton.

The owner of this property requires a 25% down payment to reserve and full payment 14 days before check-in.

Cleaning fee of $250.00- $350.00

Cancellation Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Bookings cancelled at minimum 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
