This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with full eat in kitchen and full size laundry room. It has a detached garage and is on the 2nd floor. There is an outdoor kitchen on the oversized lanai. The lanai has a beautiful lake view and a lot of privacy.
The condo is well equipped with Televisions in the living room and each bedroom. The kitchen is also well equipped with plenty of dishes and bakeware, crockpot, blender etc.
The one car garage has beach chairs, beach umbrellas and coolers for trips to the beaches. Marco and Naples beaches are a 20 minute drive from the condo.
The master bedroom has a walk in closet and dual sinks with a kingsize bed and sliders out to the lanai. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed.
The community has approximately 440 units with a lazy river pool that is fun for all ages. The clubhouse hosts activities in the winter months. There is also bocce court, tennis courts, pickle ball and a lap pool separate from the lazy river pool.
There are many restaurants nearby including fast food and nicer dining. Grocery store and Walmart are very close and convenient.
There is no fitness center in the community but there is one at a community park that is only a few miles from Falling Waters Beach Resort.
