The cottage was perfect for our family of four. Location is central to most anywhere on the island. Very quiet neighborhood.

I stayed here for a week (3 of us), and had a wonderful visit. Larry was warm, and made sure our needs were met while also honoring our space. The cottage is stocked with all one's needs - outdoor shower, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach towels, coolers, and books! The kitchen is also prepared to meet any need- every appliance & gadget is there. The beds were firm in a comfortable way. There are signs of wear, as mentioned here, yet nothing that impacted our visit. Every morning we watched the sunrise at Fuji Beach which is 20 steps away. We heard the waves at night (along with the local chickens, of course). Great location to walk or bike to Kapaa and easy access to both the north and south sides of Kauai. We'd love to come back. Nice typical Hawaiian cottage. Across the street to a small beach. Right on bicycle path for easy access to more beaches. Quiet location (except for feral chickens, very Kauai!). Wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks, Larry!

My wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary there, had a wonderful time, within walking distance of everything, beach right out front, shops, dinning just a couple of blocks, larry is a very accommodating host, would love to come back some day.
