SIDE TWO: Bedroom #1: Queen bed; Loft w/ Twin Bunkbeds and Full Bed; Bedroom #3, Two Twins; new Full Bath, new granite Kitchen, new granite full Bath. Family Room, Sunroom. Second outdoor patio area off of Kitchen.

It’s a 2-3 minute walk to:

1) Our private ocean beach with water that gets above 70F in the summer. Roll the beach cart (provided) down the path and right onto the sand.

2) The quaint and always-hopping Popponesset Marketplace (www.popponessetmarketplace.com) for shopping, food, mini golf, children’s activities and live outdoor music. Dance with the family under the stars all night long at the Marketplace to live outdoor music nightly (Thu-Sun).

3) The gorgeous Popponesset Inn for direct waterfront dining for lunch or dinner.

Other very close attractions:

The gorgeous New Seabury bike/walking path is right outside your door. It winds thru lush landscape past gardens, forests, golf courses, and incredible ocean vistas. If you want to explore further, take a leisurely bike ride to the Martha’s Vineyard (35 min) ferries!

A 10 Minute walk thru the village, gardens and golf course takes you to New Seabury’s new Clubhouse Restaurant for another great choice in upscale dining. It has breathtaking views of the golf course, Atlantic Ocean and Marthas Vineyard.

Private yards and patios with open space (our two homes set on almost a full acre)

Beautiful NEW house, great location!

We were the first guests in this beautiful new home, and we will for sure be back. The house itself is bright and airy with an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining, and hanging out with all your family or friends. We had our entire family, including 5 children (perfect in the bunk room;) and we had more than enough space to spread out, but enjoyed all being together on the main level as well. We enjoyed dinners outside on the back patio and late night games in the kitchen. The house is beautifully appointed and decorated, and the friendly owner Don, is immediate to respond if anything is needed. It is clear he aims to please and wants his guests to be happy. The location of this house is perfect, in a quiet, safe neighborhood and very close walking distance to the beach (3 short blocks). It's all in the description of house I'm sure, but beach chairs and carts for the walk to the beach are also included. The beach itself is peaceful, quiet, well maintained, with nice sand, and was perfect for swimming. Nearby, we ran the dirt trails, visited the Marketplace for breakfast and mini-golf, and drove to nearby Mashpee Commons for dinner and shopping. We felt nothing was lacking, and had a wonderful family vacation! We highly recommend this house/owner (he has several other properties there) to anyone. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Don!

Fantastic property and location!

My group had a fantastic stay at this property. We rented it for 3 nights for my wedding at the Popponesset Inn. It was such a great location. Everything in walking distance. The property was in great shape and had everything we wanted (kitchen, close to the beach, close to the Inn and Marketplace). The owner provided great service and was very responsive when we had some questions when booking. I would 100% recommend renting this property and hope to rent again in the future!
