Our clean, crisp and airy home is located on 1 private acre just a few miles drive to the villages of Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. The house spans 3,500+ square feet and has 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. It is completely childproofed. On the lower floor there is a bright and inviting living room and eat in kitchen with glass sliding doors overlooking a gorgeous lawn, deck and pool. In addition there is a large master suite, TV den and dining room.
upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a seating area with TV/Wifi/Playstation 4
Outside there is a 1,500 sq ft cedar deck with an outdoor seating area, dining table which seats 8 people, a large 20' x 40' heated pool. There is plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining with entertainment for the kids with children's bikes, a scooter, toys and books.
The house is located in close proximity (3 mies) to Southampton village.

We really enjoyed staying at this house, which is spacey and beautifully furnished, has very comfy beds and is just a true gem - all of that in a very quiet but yet convenient location! The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any of our (minor) requests Being a frequent traveller to the Hamptons it is only fair to say that this was the first house in this area where we truly felt at home away from home! We are already planning our next stay and can't wait to return Sascha & Natascha
