We spared no expense in this brand new, fully rebuilt, 2 Bd, 2 bath with wood floors, newly tiled baths, stainless appliances and granite counters everywhere. All new furniture, Smart TVs, Art, 4 Cieling Fans and full dining on the Lanai. You can throw a hat off the Lanai, straight into the Ocean! The back bedroom is a King size bed with smart TV wall mounted on a flexible arm. The front, queen-size bed is on the water line and looks into the Ocean. The Living Room can be separated from the front bed room by sliding Shoji Doors, or you can leave the space open. Every appliance and amenity is new. This, and unit 206 are the nicest units in the resort. It is located .3 miles from a shopping center with full Cineplex (movies), Thai restaurant, sushi, L&L Hawaiian BBQ and a KTA grocery store. It is a short walk to surf, snorkel or swim at La'aloa Beach, Keauhou Bay or Keauhou Marina. This is in the desired Alii Drive address surrounded by Plumeria, bougainvillea and shade trees. The large swimming pool facilities, food and entertainment pavilion for large gatherings, tennis courts and BBQ house in a gated quiet facility make this one of the best places to visit on the Big Island of Hawaii. The cultural burial grounds close by, the heritage sites and beach next door as well as the two sacred Hales on-site put you in the heart of old Hawaii's royalty. We are next to the newly renovated, and recently opened Kona Country Club. It is 5 miles to Kona town, on Alii Drive and twenty minutes from the airport. Kids over 12, ok.

The condo was absolutely lovely and had wonderful amenities. The grounds of the complex are gorgeous with a great pool and several wonderful beaches nearby. The view is breathtaking! Sitting on the lanai staring at the ocean we saw some of the most beautiful sunsets. It’s a quick drive to town if you want to go out but we stocked up at Costco and had wonderful meals cooked in the brand new kitchen most nights. Bill was super responsive and really wonderful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We will most definitely be back!!

2nd story unit in excellent condition with beautiful Lanai overlooking ocean. Great sunsets. Unit had everything you might need in the kitchen and a large supply of towels and sheets for the beds. Complex has nice pool and tennis courts. Definitely an older crowd. 20-30 minutes to town and about an hour to Kohala (large resorts).

This condo is a gem. Spacious, well-equiped, and nicely furnished. The view from the lanai is stunning. We received prompt assistance from the condo's handiman when we found the garbage disposal to be inoperative, upon arrival. My mother left a few items when departing, which we didn't realize until the housekeeper called us. We were already at the airport, so she graciously agreed to mail them to us. Very much appreciated!

We recently stayed here for 6 days and were very pleased with our choice. The condo is beautiful and is actually larger in person then it looks in the pictures, the location is very convenient. The balcony is also very large and has a magnificent view. The owner was very easy to deal with and took care of our only issue promptly. We would consider staying here again if we visit Hawaii again.
