The house and location are beautiful. It's a short walk to the beach, and our family had beds and baths for 10. We had a terrible time getting in touch with Kiri our propetty manager to access the house with door code, and then garage code. No clicker. The ice maker never worked in the fridge and Kiri was never forthcoming about repair. We also had an electrical fire in one of the pathway lights, probably due to the hurricane, and we sent pictures and a text but once again she never responded. Great time, bad customer service.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The pool area is beautiful and we had a lot of fun with the grandchildren here. The beach is only a short walk away and has lovely white sand. The Sandbar has great food and you can eat while watching the sunset. We would return in a heartbeat!!!!

Great property, plenty of space for the 9 of us. Lovely pool and outdoor area, nice modern relaxed interior. Just 3 mins walk to the beach and the Sandbar restaurant, to the trolley stop, or to the parade of shops 2 blocks up. We had a great time here. Only criticism, not enough teaspoons.

Had the best week of vacation. This was our third rental on AMI and was by far the best. The layout of the home as well as the location made it the best choice. Can't wait to return!
