Our stay here was amazing! I believe wie must have had the best view in all of Maui! The unit was beautifully furnished and not one thing that the kitchen was lacking! It will be a very memorable stay and look forward to a future visit. We got married in Kawai 40 years ago and returned to Maui to celebrate our anniversary! This was a dream come true! I just stayed from 9/27 to 10/11 and from the first day on VRBO asking questions Diane has been there all the way. I was looking for a great location on Ka'anapali due to my friend that was taking me has been there many times before and he had some great location advice to give me. This location is maybe 10 minute walk along what is called the Beach Walk ( there are 2 small sections of the walk that you aren't right there looking at the ocean but it is still awesome) to Black Rock where snorkeling is awesome. We actually snorkeled out from this location to Black Rock and then around to the Sheraton connected to Black Rock and spent hours roaming around the Beach Walk. So if you are looking for a location on the Beachwalk this is it. We also walked north up on the beach walk which isn't really commercialized, socially set up as of yet, but beautiful properties to look at on that walk would be Westin Ocean Villa's. ( I did ask how far we were from Westin when booking this and I wasn't aware there are 2 Westin properties. I was meaning the hotel Westin is South of the Black Rock and the Westin this location is by is the Westin Ocean Villa's) But still a wonderful location. This location if you are not an avid walker like we are . There is a Ka'anapali shuttle for free that will pick up at hotels and take you to the amazing Whaler's Village which is just south of Black Rock. A wonderful shopping and dining atmosphere. WE FEEL IN LOVE WITH THE HULA GRILL.. great happy hour. Yes, while in Maui after a day of snorkeling, it is great to unwind , dry off during happy hours. Great food great prices. This location does have a restaurant and bar called Castaways. Delicious food and drinks!!! You may take drinks into the pool, there is a gate between pool and bar area very easy to enjoy drinks and the sun. There is a concierge staff happily and readily to assist you. We booked a lot of our activities once we arrived and enjoyed a lot that they offered to reserve. The room itself, no the suite itself is amazing, the pictures are straight on, nothing like waking up to the ocean every day, you can hear the waves from your room, the sunsets are amazing. The units full kitchen, steel appliances all just wonderful. The bathroom is to die for with the corner duel sink, you can't get in anyone's way if you tried. Diane was there every step , every question both before , during and after our stay. IF YOU ARE HAVING A HARD TIME DECIDING LOOK NO MORE.. !!

From the moment we walked in the condo, I was blown away! We were greeted with a sweet gift from the owners and then walked into the living room and the view took my breath away! Everything was just beautiful and I felt like I was home rather than staying in a rental. The condo itself is just perfect and the view was amazing! The location the condo was very convenient and the beach that is right outside was just perfect. I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful it all was, but my favorite part was the screen doors that open to the beautiful ocean and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the waves at night was so peaceful and I cannot wait to come back to Maui and hopefully stay here again. Thank you so much Diane for my dream vacation!

My wife and I have stayed at other Maui condo locations and two other units at Kaanapali Villas but this unit was the best. Spectacular view, updated kitchen with all supplies, spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom. New condo developments to the north causing a lot more car traffic on the highway but once you get to Kaanapali Villas it is not crowded on grounds or at two pools or beach. Walking path makes it easy to get exercise and to adjacent properties and restaurants. Lahina is a short drive and still fun to visit. Concierge has short island activity presentation on first morning after arrival well worth attending even for returning guests. Front desk staff extremely nice. Free shuttle to Whaler's Village. Easy booking process with attentive owner who kindly provided welcome gifts. I was hesitant to write a review out of concern that stating the truth about this great condo will make it harder to get open dates but the owner deserves the business and others should get the chance to enjoy this "Hawaiian Dream Sweet".

At the risk of compromising our ability to rebook this unit, look no further. This is as good as it gets. A spectacular and spacious condo on the fourth floor of the main building with unbelievable views. The Owner has taken great care to furnish and appoint this unit to the standards of a luxury home. It shows in all of the small thoughtful details throughtout the unit. Booking arrangements were simple and promptly concluded with the Owner. Check in at the hotel was simple and the staff throughout our stay were fabulous. The hotel property itself is lovely with a perfect pool just feet from the amazing beach. Overall, we can only thank the Owner for a fabulous experience with a promise to return as soon as we can.
