The apartment is located upstairs in the bonus room and has a private entrance off the front of the house. There is one parking space located in driveway and additional parking is available at the street.

The outdoor space includes a large private patio with seating for 6, dining table for 4, 3 kayaks and 1 paddleboard for your use. There is also a full sized propane grill (gas included) and a fire pit (wood included).

There is ample room to accommodate 4 people with separate bedroom, large bathroom and front room with living area, kitchenette and dining table. There is 1 queen sized bed and additional queen sized sleeper sofa and bedding. There is a large sofa in bedroom that can easily convert to a twin bed if not wanting to use the sleeper sofa. There a nook with a desk that also has mirror for additional getting ready space or should you need to do a bit of work. There is a comfy sitting area near the window. The closet is large and has plenty of shelves and hanging area as well as there is a second closet in living room. There is an iron and ironing board.

The apartment has a living room/kitchenette combination with seating up to 6. The kitchenette is well appointed with coffee, tea, spices, plates for outdoor use, wine glasses, place settings for 6, pots and pans. There is a Keurig, microwave, mini fridge/freezer, toaster oven and portable 2 burner for a quick meal.

The bathroom is equipped with bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, shaving crème, etc.) and hair dryer in case something forgot to make it into the suitcase.

Living Room has books and games, HDTV with Ruku and selection of DVDs.

Our home is located on Lake Balboa. It is approximately 2 miles to Balboa Beach and Marina. Pontoons, kayaks and paddleboards can be rented there as well as purchasing a fishing license. Within 10 minutes are 7 world-class public golf clubs. Woodlands Auditorium and Grove Park are within 2 miles and host a variety of Broadway shows, Farmers' Market and free musical events. There are over 30 miles of nature trails within minutes of the apartment. Hot Springs is just a short 25 minute drive and Little Rock is 55 miles away. For those with allergies, we have 2 super friendly dogs that are typically on property. We welcome your well-trained dog under 40 pounds.
