Waterville Valley is great for the entire family. A popular ski area in the winter time (the shuttle to the mountain picks up right in front of the condo) and also plenty of walking trails or 4000 hiking challenges near by. A scenic 9 hole golf course for the warmer months and a year round indoor ice skating rink (check out website for public skate times).

This property is a member of the White Mountain Athletic Club (WMAC) and renters can have access for an additional fee paid directly to WMAC. You can enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, cardio room, weight room and game room. There is also a brand new outdoor pool and splash pool which opened this summer. Access to the WMAC is an additional $15/individual for the day or $35/family per day.

The condo has 2 bedrooms, a master bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds as well as a full size bed. It can sleep 5 - 7 people, with a maximum of 6 adults. All linens and bath towels are provided.

Pets for renters are unfortunately not allowed per Home Owner Association rules. No Smoking Allowed at this Property. Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of leaving property. Any movies rented though On Demand will be applied to security deposit.
