Quaint 1930's English cottage style house located 5 minutes from Loon (and 12 minutes from Cannon and 25 from Bretton Woods). This very cute 3BR house was just renovated and is on a dead-end road in a nice neighborhood in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire, just 1/2 mile from downtown North Woodstock (and the famous Woodstock Inn) and only 2 hours north of Boston.

The location is close to all summer and winter attractions. The large wooded back yard abuts the winding Lost River (and the attraction is just up the street).

This is definitely not your generic, look-alike condo. The house was built in the '30's and decorated in the '50's with hand painted stenciling and other personal touches. Let the Art Deco decor, antiques, and wallpaper take you back in time!

There are hardwood floors throughout. On the main floor is a large mudroom off the entrance for all your skis and gear. The living room /dining area is open concept from the kitchen and includes a large screen TV and DVD, recliners and a pull out sofa bed. There is a large full bath on the main floor. Wifi included.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances including electric stove, huge fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, waffle iron, toaster, etc. and eat-in bar. Help yourself to all the condiments, coffee and such you find.

On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double-size bed. The two other bedrooms have very cute "bed cubbies" built into the wall (twin size mattresses). While the twin beds will fit adults, any kids will get a big kick out of the layout. The house comfortably sleeps 6 with the pullout couch downstairs. There is also a rollaway cot available.

There is ample parking off street - enough for 4 cars. We have onsite la​undry with a washer and dryer in the basement.

No smoking or parties.

Min age of renter required is 23.

We offer monthly rentals during the ski season too from Dec 1- Apr 1 at a rate of $2250 a month which is a 52% discount and includes internet, utilities, and plowing. VRBO taxes and services fees are additional. Please inquire if you are interested!
