This home was just perfect! It was very nice, clean, very well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of room and had many extras. We were very pleased. And we were able to bring our small dog who enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Just what we were looking for. Price was right too. And a great location not far from downtown Bentonville. We will be back!

We stayed here while visiting our son and his family this past weekend. The house was perfect for us and had all of the necessary items needed to cook full meals for 6 adults.

We ended up at a different property from the one we booked originally due to a scheduling conflict. But the house we stayed in was in the same neighborhood and it was beautiful. Theresa is a wonderful host that made sure we had everything we needed! I highly recommend Theresa and her properties! We'll be back!
