This beautiful open concept cottage is located on Oxbow Ridge. With a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. A landscaped yard with hammocks to relax in, tire swings and a fire pit - the fire pit is only available for use during the fall and winter months. There is a smaller cottage that the owners do live in on site in an adjacent building. This is our home and we live in it during the year.

The space

This space fits a couple plus 2 children . There is a daybed in the living room if there is three adults. Large dining table that seats 8. Big sliding patio doors that let in a breeze and open up the space.

Guest access

The second building is off limits. Guests will have access to the whole yard. BBQ and fire pit. There is also an in-ground trampoline and zip-line.

Interaction with guests

My family and I will be staying in our smaller cottage on the property throughout the summer. My office is also there. We will be around if you have questions while you are staying on Pender.

Other things to note

Our new cats name is Licorice. Please leave his food inside as the racoons will start to come if it i outside. Please feed him twice a day :) There are ants and other bugs that come into the space because it is a home surround by nature. We have tried to rid the house of such guests but they just keep returning.
