Also in one of the upstairs bedrooms there is twin bunk beds for additional kids sleeping area. In between the upstairs bedroom there is a TV/Loft sitting area with a couch which has pull out queen bed.
Large family style kitchen with plenty of seating, granite counter-tops, new stainless steel appliances.
First floor living room area offers two leather couches and large LDC screen television.
Boaters delight with direct access to gulf and area beaches within short boat ride. House sits on corner lot with water views from all rooms. Home has 12,000 boat lift for your use with potential to rent owners boat at additional cost. Send email with additional questions if interested.

Upon arrival my two friends and I noticed the beauty of the home and the wonderful view of the surrounding area. Each bedroom is a luxurious master bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The kitchen had been nicely furnished with every necessity of home. The only items anyone will need are the food and condiments that will vary per one's individual desires. There is very nice barbeque grill on the patio. We used it several times and loved it. The exterior of the home and lanai are gorgeous, well built and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the spa. There is a motorized boat lift. I didn't use the boat lift but next time I plan to rent a boat and use it. I understand a building contractor built this house for his own use and that is shown with quality construction and attention to detail. The rental owner was very friendly and responsive to our questions. I thoroughly enjoyed this vacation, the rental and I certainly plan to return.

Very clean beautiful home with awesome views, little large for small family. Pictures don't do the home justice, way better in person. Refreshing to have owners personal cell if any problems, great peace of mind. Didn't need it, no issues for us. We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of them. Owner treated us like we were the first guests to stay with his family, actually believe we were. Will be coming back!! Jacqui W.
