This updated 1 bedroom plus loft, Mountain Side condo centrally located in the heart of Summit County - Frisco, Colorado! Surrounded by the finest ski areas in Colorado you can choose to ski Copper Mountain, Vail, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Breckenridge. If you like to ski or snowboard then this is your place! In the summer the condo is just a couple of pedals away from the Summit County rec path. This is a 55 mile long network of paved, non-motorized pathways that connect towns and resorts throughout Summit County.
The living room provides a comfortable gathering place for the whole gang to enjoy the large flat screen TV and the crackles and pops of the wood burning fireplace. A sectional sleeper sofa, Bose iPod music system, and lovely Mountain Views from the back deck round out the amenities of this living area.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large black granite sink that any cook would enjoy! Fully equipped, the kitchen includes coffee maker, tea pot, hand mixer and utensils. Whip up a fine culinary treat or just heat something up in the microwave, it is a snap in this kitchen. There is a dining table with seating for four and additional seating for two at the kitchen bar ensures that everyone will be present and accounted for at meal time.
The deck is a great place to grill steaks on the gas BBQ grill or sit and listen to the stream trickle by on a beautiful clear blue morning.
There is a nicely appointed bedroom on this main living floor. A queen bed, nightstands, chest of drawers and a 32' flat screen TV, with an en suite bathroom. Bathtub/shower combination, vanity, large mirror and granite countertops and a spacious linen closet.
The loft area boasts the Master Suite with a King bed, nightstands and dresser for plenty of storage, along with a nice size closet. The en suite master bath has a lovely jetted spa tub and large shower. Relaxing sore muscles from a day at the slopes is just what the doctor ordered! The loft area also has a special vanity area equipped with a mirror, light and drawers for extra storage and getting ready capabilities.
The condo is equipped with WiFi so just in case you need to check your emails or post some pictures of your fabulous mountain vacation, you can do it in the comfort of your pajamas.
The Mountain Side Clubhouse is directly next to Building F making it very easy to scamper quickly to the indoor heated pool, 3 outdoor hot tubs or the sauna. There is a racquetball court, locker rooms and coin laundry facility located inside also. If tennis is your game, take advantage of the tennis court right outside the clubhouse. This is one of the nicest clubhouses in Frisco!
There is also one marked covered parking space under the building and also plenty of surface parking in front of Building F.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Couch and bed are very comfortable for my taste anyway.

The condo was good, with plenty of cooking supplies. The advertisement about beautiful wood burning fire place, plenty of wood needs to be revised. There were logs on the deck, however, no kindling or fire starters to start the fire. We also could not purchase any in town. If kindling can not be supplied, the renters need to be instructed to bring fire starters, or they should be supplied. The fire place was useless without kindling. :( The club house hot tubs were the best I've ever seen. Huge with plenty of space and nicely outside with a view of the stars. Nice and hot, and most the blowers worked. The condo was Not really walking distance in the winter to downtown Frisco, but it was a short drive, and plenty of free parking. Charming and ideal for our anniversary stay. Agree with a prior review that the upstairs shower is a bit awkward. The rest of the condo is warm and appealing.

The place was perfect. There were 5 of us and we all fit great with plenty of space for all our gear. The loft was awesome with a big jetted tub and long hall way for all our stuff. Great location in frisco, close to all of the ski resorts. Would definitely recommend.
