This home borders the mountains for access to hiking and adventure skiing into this private escape. This spacious 3000sf home with cathedral ceilings offers all the comforts of home. A skylight centered above the staircase shimmers rays of light throughout from early morning to sunset. It is minutes to the free bus which will drop you off at the village, lifts, or golf course for a wonderful day of exciting activities or on an evening of endless après ski and the finest dining establishments one could find!
Order in or cook right in our gourmet kitchen. Follow this with a massage from a therapist who will come to our home. Then jump into the hot tub nestled among the most fragrant Aspen trees and breathtaking views. Indulge and take in the incredible privacy and quiet surroundings.
The living room boasts a gas fireplace. Here you can curl up on the couch while gazing at the spectacular mountain views or watch a movie on our HDTV.
The dining room can be set up for your first meal. Oh, and a few extra surprises will await your arrival!
The fully remodeled kitchen has stainless appliances and is equipped with all the essential cookware to enhance your stay. We even leave you with a variety of spices, coffee, and hot chocolate to get you going upon your arrival!
Let the view of the mountains awake you every morning in our master suite. It has a king bed with the most spectacular mountain views in the valley and includes a fabulous ensuite bath! Three bedrooms have queen beds and all have mountain views. One bedroom has twin beds with also a mountain view.
There is an office for anyone that needs to take some time away. It also serves as a wonderful massage room. We can also set up the room as a bedroom.
Our home includes wireless internet and there is a 60' HDTV in the great room. There are flat screen TV's in two other bedrooms.
There is a separate laundry room which has a front loading washer and dryer. The home also has a garage with a storage area for your skis boards, golf clubs, and bicycles. There are four plus additional parking spaces on this private property. Two bicycles are available free of charge for your enjoyment.
We can arrange dinner reservations, massages, tee-times, stock the kitchen before you arrive, or have a chef scheduled to prepare your meals.
Whatever you choose, this home will provide you with a memorable vacation whether you are playing on the mountain or just spending time inside enjoying the ambiance surrounding you!

We had a fantastic stay. Steve was always very attentive to our needs. Steve's home is warm and comfortable. The rooms are very nice. The equipment of the house is excellent and is prepared for the stays to pass pleasantly. Many thanks Steve and Theresa !!!

Owners were exceptional, very attentive and welcoming. We stayed for a week during the summer and the views are the best in East Vail!!. The home was perfect for our family of 5 plus the kid's friends that vacationed with us. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. The home is very well maintained and clean! To top it off there was a tray of cheese and wine waiting for us! They are in the process of updating it too. We stayed very busy during the week and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the back deck. We are looking forward to vacationing here again!

Perfect for groups, we all had our own bathroom, nice fireplace. Had a little trouble keeping the hot tub hot, and overall a bit outdated. Otherwise, we'd rent here again - pros outweigh the cons.

Steve and Theresa's property is a beautiful home located in East Vail, just 5-10 min away from the free bus stop. Located in a cul de sac on the mountains where you have 360 degrees of gorgeous mountain views (no neighbors within sight!). The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 with a queen bed and 1 with two single beds. There is an additional studio with a sofa bed, that can comfortably fit 1-2 persons. The bedrooms are very comfortable, and each is decorated charmingly with a touch of Steve and Theresa's life, each has their own heat control, with the exception of the two bedrooms in the bottom floor, which helps everybody being comfortable. The living space is huge and very open, and wait until you see the views!!! they have big windows 360 degrees, and the only think you can see is the mountain and its trees. The living room also has a 65' flat screen smart TV, and a cozy fireplace to gather around with your family of friends. Dinning room has a big table with 8 chairs, but there are additional stack chairs in the kitchen if your party is larger, the dinning table is big enough to hold 12 people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need from breakfast to a nice dinner. In the cupboards you can find pans, pots, tools, spices, condiments etc. The property has a small patio, with a Jacuzzi for aprox 6 people that is great for kicking back and relaxing after a good day in the slopes. Theresa and Steve are also the greatest host!, they are very accommodating and responsive in case you have any questions or need help with anything around the house. They have been adding little details here and there based on their own experiences as travelers, which will make your stay as comfortable as it can be, for example, upon arrival, they leave out for you a basket FULL of snacks to take into the mountain (protein bars, cookies, chocolate, m&m's, etc), all bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and shower wash, and there is a tiny basket in the BA with tiny bottles of personal hygiene stuff you may need. In summary, staying at Steve and Theresa's house was a very nice experience, we will definitely be coming back the following season!!
