The house is kids friendly and people with disabilities also will be very comfortable, there is no steps in the house is 1 story home. There is a HEATED SALTWATER POOL at no extra charge with sunbeds, chairs, toys. Also I have pool alarm and patio door alarm installed for those who travells with kids. Computer and full office equipment, high speed internet and WIFI is available at the property so you can work while on vacation. There is a 10 000sqf lot with a garden which have different fruit threes (pomegranate, oranges, lemon, ackee ect). Kids playground, double garaje, free phone (US only), TV Package from X-finity, 2000sqf of space and tiles throughout the whole house. THE HOUSE IS 3/2, has own laundry in the garage, dining room, living room, family room, screened patio and SALTWATER HEATED POOL. Inside the house is 1 master bedroom with walk inn closet, master bath with a tube, queen size bed. 1 guest room with a big window, queen size bed and a closet. 3rd room is a room for kids with kids bed and a lot of toys, own HD TV, DVD, blueray player. In Florida room (Family Room) there is a futon which transforms to a nice and comfortable queensize bed. I have also 2 queensize inflatable matrasses from intex which can be used in case you get some guests overnight. 5 minute walking distanse to a local park, a lake ect. 10 min walk to a local walhgreens and plaza. 15 minute walk to a train station ( Mangonia trirail station ) which can take you to Miami international airport. 10 min drive to downtown West Palm Beach and 10 to the beach. The house is located in one of the SAFEST neighborhoods in West Palm Beach, and have an ADT security installed. The house is well maintained and stocked with all kinds of necessities. Close to Palm beach outlet mall and City place. Swimming pool and the back porch was really good for hang outs. It is behind a main road and a bit noisy but nothing could be heard from inside the house. The host responded quickly for questions.

Our family had a great time celebrating Christmas and our parents anniversary. The house is very comfortable and cozy and it is very well equipped. The pool was a big plus for our kids. Alexzander was prompt to resolve any inquiries we had.

Comfortable, spacious great outdoor space the pool warm always ready for a dip. Close to City Place downtown WPB. Great kitchen if you feel like staying in. Highly recommend it.

Both my husband and I were greatly pleased staying at Alex's home for our vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The heated pool was the best. We loved how roomy and safe the house was. We absolutely have no complains and would highly recommend this house as a vacation rental. Very happy customers!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is fully equiped with a pool, play set outdoors for the kids, kids videos, and board games. Alexander is a thoughtful and responsive host. Would definitely rent this again.
