We stayed a week at this rental with 4 adults and 4 kids. The size was great and the location even better. We used the golf cart quite a bit to get around the island, especially to the Walgreens, Publix, coffee shops, etc. We also used it to drop off all our stuff at the beach and haul kids back and forth. The views from the back were pretty but you had to go to the very top to see the beach. I didn't love all the stairs and tile. This would've be a great house for older people or very small children. Have a gate for the stairs would've been helpful. The heated saltwater pool was nice. It has a nice ledge which our handicap daughter was able to sit on. But the swimming portion of the pool is not very big. And it's hard to keep your eye on the kids because the pool is on a different level than the main part of the house. Thankfully there is a very loud safety feature on the door leading to the pool. The owner was very nice and responsive to our needs. The grill was out of propane and he showed up 10 minutes later with a full tank. Overall I would recommend this house for convenience, size, and comfort.
