This is an amazing, large 3 level condo with 1700 square feet and 3 decks. It was recently updated with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The bathrooms were also recently updated. Located between Keystone’s River Golf Course, and Lake Dillon, it is just 2 miles to Keystone skiing and a short hike to Keystone's Nordic center. Keystone is the only ski resort in the area with night skiing and it is one of the largest in the state.

There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs, each with french doors leading to a private deck. One has a beautiful 4 poster king bed and the other is a luxurious, tempurpedic queen bed. One has its own fireplace as well. Both have comfortable, down bedding and ample pillows. There is also a large bathroom upstairs.
The main floor has a fully stocked, updated kitchen with everything from microwave to crock pot to stemware. The dining room has a lovely large table with seating for 6+ and 4 more at the breakfast bar. This unit also includes a 50 inch flat screen HD cable TV and Blu-Ray in living room. The living room also has an easy to use electric fireplace meaning no need to mess with lighting logs but with ample heat to keep you warm on winter nights. There is a large deck off the living room which is great for grilling on the gas grill as well as chilling in the summer months.

Downstairs kids bunk room has a daybed with a trundle (2 twin beds), a super cool loft with an additional 2 twin mattresses (only for those over 5 please), a 36 inch flatscreen HD TV, Wii, DVD player as well as an I-pod dock with speakers. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This condo has FREE high-speed Internet access and it can sleep 8 in beds and also has a sleeper sofa in living room.

This unit is in a small complex with just 16 condos. Nevertheless, it has 2 hot tubs for your use and a sauna. There is also a common area for reading or playing the piano! It is located near the Swan Mountain Road turn off to Breckenridge. Just outside your door is the paved multi-use path for biking, running, and blading. This path goes to Keystone, Dillon, Breckenridge and Frisco for your outdoor pleasure. The free Summit Stage has a bus stop nearby. Just down the street, hop on the hiking/snowshoeing trails to get incredible views of the surrounding mountains, golf course, and Lake Dillon. You can hike or run for miles on trails behind the condo.
