Beautiful ski-in ski-out condo with a mountain side view at the Kirkwood ski resort. Located 50 yards from the Cornice chair, the Condo boasts views of the mountain from all rooms. Watch skiers and boarders race down one of Kirkwood's numerous trails. Within 100 yards of the Kirkwood Lodge, so access is easy to restaurants, ski rentals, tickets and more. This is a true ski-in, ski-out location. You can walk less than 20 yards from our hallway entry door to the Snowcrest lodge door and put on your skis! (This year we are considering a ski lease with a minimum of 4 months and a lower monthly rate for 5 months.)
You'll stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo that feels larger because there are high ceilings in most of the rooms including the great room and open kitchen. The living room has a 55' 1080p LED LCD screen connected to cable TV and a Blu-ray DVD with built-in WiFi so you can utilize your Netflix account. This TV is connected to a nice sound system.
One king-bed (master) and one queen-bed bedrooms allow up to four adults to stay with privacy. You will enjoy a gas fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen, fully-stocked pantry and full linens.
There is underground parking for one vehicle and a parking pass for another to park in front of the Snowcrest Lodge.
Want to do some shopping, gambling, or maybe catch up a show in the casinos of Lake Tahoe? Within 40 to 45 minutes of a beautiful drive, you will be there. So you can take advantage of both worlds at any time.

I stayed at this condo with my wife and three kids. It was clean, well equipped, plenty big for the family, ski-in/ski-out was super convenient, and Marty (host) was very helpful.

Quick review to say that we had a terrific stay at this condo, and we'd recommend it heartily. Location can't be beat (ski-in, ski-out); condo is very clean and fully stocked; and the owner is very responsive (he checked in several times the week before our stay and the weekend of our stay).
