Newly furnished and decorated, coastal inspired 3 bed 2 bath condo at Cape Harbour with beautiful south & west facing views of the river and reserve. Enjoy evening meals on the lanai, stroll through the shops and enjoy a cocktail at the open pavilion bar.
Condo unit has a King sized bed in master with 40" smart TV, walk in closet, en-suite bathroom and access to lanai. Open dining, living and kitchen with 55" smart TV. Second bedroom has queen bed and TV. Third bedroom; two singles. Guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Enjoy watching the boats go by through the lock below and watch gorgeous sunsets from the lanai.
As of April 2017 we have new lanai furniture and a new dining table - I will post photos when I am able to get some good photos of them.
You will never get bored with the sweeping views of Cape Coral, the Caloosahatchee River, the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel. There are several shops you can enjoy once you step outside. There are 3 restaurants and a coffee shop that are also available on the property along with quite a few shops that will impress you as well.
Cape Harbour is right on a marina that you can walk around and check out all the boats - they also offer boat rentals at Venture Out.
