We've had 5 couples stay and have had birthday gatherings for 40 people. It's a beautiful space for entertaining or getting away.

The main level includes an open floor plan with updated kitchen that opens to livingroom with sweeping ocean views. There's also laundry, a half baths and closets on this floor. There are 2 doors that access the decl and back yard.

The upstairs includes a remodeled master with balcony and 4 bedrooms, 4 with air conditioners. There's also a full bath upstairs, in addition to the master bath.

There's a finished half basement downstairs with a full kitchen, refrigerator, half bath, TV and pull out sofa. This is great to use for parties and to have extra space for the kids to get away. There's an outdoor shower off the patio in the side yard.

Enjoy it as if it's your own, and please treat it the same. We have a paddle board and a bunch of beach games for you to enjoy. Please treat this property as if it's your own. We're on septic so want to be gentle with sand in the house (and in the sink, etc) and toilet paper only in the toilet. We encourage outdoor showers because they're really nice, but it's also easier on the septic system. We don't want the system to overload and ruin your vacation.
