Our condominium is located on the first floor with easy access to our unit. The condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a hide-a-bed for use in the condo. The furniture has recently been replaced and is comfortable and new. Cable is provided by the HOA and there is a blue Ray CD player available for your use and 2 Bose speakers. All cooking and utensils are also available for your use. Naturally, a full size washer and dryer are available for your use.
The lanai has been enclosed and offers a desk and additional seating. The sliding doors open to allow the outside fresh air into the unit.
Glencove has a beautiful pool (see attached photos) for swimming along with a lanai for use by residents which is equipped to entertain your friends and family.
Pelican Bay offers residents the unobstructed use of the 4 miles of Beach on the Gulf Coast. South Beach and North Beach offer residents the ability to use the beach, sail, kayak, canoe, and walk the beach. There are 4 restaurants, beach chairs, and staff to help you enjoy your stay at Pelican Bay. See my photos of South Beach and the dining areas.
