Vineyard Villa is a completely renovated 2-bedroom, 1- bathroom cottage built in 1910. It is situated on a 2-acre property, and is separated from the main farmhouse by rows of grapevines. Many of the windows in the cottage offer gorgeous views of the vineyard. The cottage has recently undergone a complete renovation (including the addition of air conditioning) with attention paid to retaining some of the original charming features of the home, such as the beautiful redwood wainscotting and bead board walls and ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated with all the newest appliances and finishes. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware and glassware, as well as basic cooking vessels and utensils, including a coffeemaker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, etc. The bedrooms each have queen-sized beds with Spring Air Back Supporter mattresses and are finished with quality bedding with your comfort in mind. The entire cottage has been tastefully decorated in a mix of clean, contemporary furnishings, coupled with period pieces and decorations reminiscent of the time. The cottage is also equipped with WiFi and cable TV. The backyard offers a patio with a propane barbecue and seating area with a table. A fire pit is also available for your use.
