Enjoy a glass of wine and a good book in the fireplace room. Grill a juicy steak on the outdoor grill or on the indoor Jenn-air. Enjoy fresh morning pancakes and coffee while taking in the fresh air. Play board games with family. Get some fresh air while playing horseshoes, corn hole, or bocci ball on the property.
We are located about 20 minutes south of Conifer and 20 minutes north of Bailey. The nearest grocery store is located in Conifer (about 25 minutes away) or there is a Country Store (convenience items) liquor store, a gym and a restaurant about 10 minutes away.
Easy access to Guenella Pass, Bailey, Colorado Trail, Buffalo Creek
Note: Front wheel drive (or better) recommended in the winter. The access road is a little steep for about 100 yards. It is plowed, but can be packed snow in a few shaded locations.

Such a lovely property. A short easy drive from the city and you’re transported to a quiet and relaxing retreat. The ranch was spacious and very clean. We loved the beautiful surroundings and then coming back inside to warm up by the cozy fireplace. The kitchen was equipt with everything you would need. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Sara’s cabin. Pretty much spent the whole time either in the huge hot tub or by the indoor fireplace. It felt like we were the only people for miles, even though we were only an hour outside of Denver. Very convenient when we ran out of ice or beer, the large grocery store in conifer was only about 20 minutes away. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and even had a bottle of wine and chocolates set out for us to enjoy! Sara was great at communicating with me prior to arrival and even checked in on us a few times via text to make sure we were ok once we were there. I would def recommend this place for families or even together with some friends as there are so many different areas to hang out and a huge deck so we never really felt cramped even with 6 adults and a child staying there. Such a relaxing trip!

Our party of seven had a wonderful time on our getaway. Four of us used the cabin as a base for daily hikes to trails that were convenient. These included Rolling Creek Trail, Brookside Trail, Merridian Trail and the Colorado Trail from Kenosha Pass to Georgia Pass. We also hiked at neighboring Staunton State Park. The hot tub was a welcome sight on our return from each of these ventures. The other three in our party did their “hikes” in their four-wheel drive vehicles. The cabin had all we could want and more. While the cabin/house is isolated and quiet, Conifer is a short, pretty drive away and has anything that one would need. Sarah provided great communication and made sure we had a great time while we were there. We will return!!
