It is located close to Carson-Newman University and Cherokee Lake. It's perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
Our homey apartment is very comfortable for 4 people. We do provide an air mattress that will accommodate 2 extra people in the living room. It has been recently remodeled. The home is easily accessible with only 1 small step to get to the front porch with the rest of the home all on one level.
