As a multiple White Glove Award-winner, this property is very clean, with lush landscaping and everything you need in your home-away-from-home. Enjoy full kitchens, free Wi-fi, free parking, king bed in master, bunk beds in second bedroom, plus sleeper sofa in all living areas, family games, beach gear and a host of amenities to make you feel right at home. A coin laundry and BBQ area are also on property.

Miles of shoreline allow for long, uninterrupted runs or walks. Looking north, you’ll see our fishing pier (a new one is under construction) and historic Hillsboro lighthouse. Shipwreck Park, with 16 awesome wrecks including the 234-foot Lady Luck, is only one mile offshore. The beachfront includes a "great lawn" with yoga classes every morning and monthly free live concerts and free movies on Friday nights. There's also an interactive fountain for kids, a concession stand including adult beverages, rental bikes, first-come first serve oceanfront charcoal grills and clean restrooms. It’s a short walk to dozens of great local restaurants, shops, boat rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party and charter fishing boats, day spa, gym, pharmacy, banks and more.

Pineapple Place is centrally located on a quiet street in the safe, ocean-side community of Pompano Beach, 15 minutes north of downtown Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes south of Boca Raton. It’s a five-minute drive to the Pompano CitiCenter shopping mall, movie theaters, state-of-the-art tennis and aquatics complex, dog park, air park for private planes and the Goodyear Blimp base, 36-hole municipal golf facility with its Greg Norman signature course and driving range. The smoke-free ISLE Casino, next door to Pompano Harness Track, is a 15-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to all South Florida business centers, shopping and attractions.

Additional Guest Policy

Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card.

Cleaning Fee/Policy

Exit Cleaning Fee: Studio $75, One Bedroom $100, Two Bedroom $125

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, after deduction of the $300 administration fee and 20% of each new rental fee collected to cover commissions. Travel insurance is recommended prior to signing this lease for anyone who is unsure whether they may need to cancel.

Property Rules

No additional overnight guests or more than two daytime visitors without prior approval by property manager (additional charges may apply). No smoking or smoke odors inside the apartment or in the pool area for properties with a pool. No cooking of fish or foods with strong odors inside the apartment so apartment is odor-free for the next guests (use outdoor BBQ instead). Maintain property and contents in as good a condition as when guest arrived. Leave apartment in “broom swept” condition. We do the heavy cleaning after you leave. Do put out your garbage and wash and put away your dishes. Launder all linens except those used on your last night and day of your stay. Guest will pay for all damage or theft caused by guest. Guest will contact owner or manager as soon as possible if damage to property is observed. Observe quiet time between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. so as not to disturb other guests. No pets without advance approval from property in writing and advance payment of pet fee. No illegal activity. No guests under 23 without parent or legal guardian. For properties with a swimming pool, children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the pool area without being accompanied, watched and directly supervised by a parent or legal guardian. One parking space allowed per apartment rented.
