Private 3-bedroom+ queen & sofa bed off Hwy 402 on cul de sac ,basement with giant fenced yard with a full view of the the front range, fire pit, walking path to Little Thompson river in the backyard, kitchen access upstairs & Grill on upper deck. I live upstairs with my wife.
The space

This basement is listed as a private room, but it is in fact 3 private rooms in a basement, and I live upstairs.

Guest access

You can use the front door or private entrance to basement in back yard. The kitchen is also upstairs, and you will have access to that also, but the main feature is the basement. It not only has 3 private bedrooms, but also has a living room space with an additional bed and hideaway sofa.

Other things to note

I am out of the house weekdays from 8am-7pm and spend most of my weekends at my cabin (which also has a listing, if you're interested in a mountain oasis ;).I use my weight room on Tuesday 5am & Thursday 6am in upstairs bedroom (a littlenoise)

Cancel up to 14 days before your trip and get a full refund, including service fees. Cancel up to 7 days get 50% refund and 0% 6-0 days before booking

Property Rules

You may use the kitchen or grill as long as you clean up after yourselves. I understand there is a cleaning fee, but I live here also and am looking for respectful people to share my house with. I'm not expecting you scrub the floor, just clean up after yourself and put away what you take out.
Please respect the floor if shoes are dirty, please remove, if not OK to wear.
Treat home like mothers.
Dogs are ok in back yard or in kennel in home, not OK for them to run loose in home.
You can use the upper deck as sunsets and sun rises are beautiful.

NO SMOKING IN HOUSE. NOT 420 FRIENDLY.
