My family and I (4 of us) could not have asked for a better first experience, both with st Augustine and with a private rental. The cottage was adorable and I didn't appreciate the convenience of the location until we arrived, they weren't kidding when they said you could walk... or go to the corner for the red line train/ trolley. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower is large and hot. The neighborhood is quiet with beautiful homes at every turn. There is wifi and cable, coffee maker and all the necessities and convenient to both Publix and Winn Dixie, but that's a little too far to walk. We'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Stayed here this past weekend for a girls weekend and absolutely loved this cute and cozy cottage. Location was excellent... walk to everything. And I can’t say enough about our host - she left us a little welcome surprise and was very quick with a response if I sent her a message about anything. Will definitely try and get this cottage next time I am coming for a visit to my favorite city!

The location is absolutely perfect! Couple minute walk to sites and restaurants! Cute place and the owner is very nice and helpful! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The inside was clean, the towels were soft, and the water pressure was great! Definitely will visit again!

What a great place to stay. With three adults and a dog, the cottage was a perfect size for a week. Location is within walking distance to historical landmarks, shopping and food. Mom was with us and can't walk far but that was easily solved by renting a scooter right up the street. We were in town for some retirement house hunting. Pat and Theresa are both Real Estate agents and they were more than happy to provide insight into what areas might work for us. Can't say enough about what gracious hosts they were. We'll be staying again.
