On one of the "tree streets" in Laguna's popular North End, our home is a few minutes from downtown shopping, restaurants, Main Beach, Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters and many of the attractions that makes Laguna so special. Two bedrooms, three baths, sleeps 4, approx. 2400 sq. ft. Gourmet kitchen,dining room, small living room, family room, large master bedroom with view and balcony and a "Spa" bathroom. Newly remodeled with top end appliances. Marble counters, wood floors, butlers pantry. wine fridge. Outdoor gas grill and charcoal bar-b-que. Cabana with dining area on the outdoor patio (during the summer months).
Cleaning fee includes weekly cleaning. We would prefer to rent to a couple. If it is a family, please contact us regarding the price. We would consider including a twin bed in a third bedroom/office.
