There is a six acre lake on our land for fishing and swimming. So this delux relaxing and spacious all white palace fully equipped with lake, spa, heated salt water swimming pool, and a dining room tables that can seat 8 people for dinner with 5 additional small tables for an additional 18 - and another larger round table for 10 - so we can seat up to 36 for dinner indoors and more outdoors! An amazing spot for a group of families or friends to relax together and have an intimate reunion.
Our six bedroom home has 6 queen beds, and 9 Futon Couches that open up to full size beds. The house is PERFECT for 5 families with any number of children that can go on the Futons. Best, however is for 4 families with a bunch of kids, that is perfect! The home is spacious and baby-proofed. PERFECT for your family getaway or reunion!
With two wood-burning fire places and the most amazing living room is very beautiful with all white lounge in the living room around the fire place, the most romantic and sweet quiet times can be had!
For those who might be worried about all white furniture and couches, we do have colorful blankets we can throw over the furniture and beds for guests with a lot of little kids running around! The couches are washable and easy to cover if you let me know in advance; so WELCOME CHILDREN - so much so, that we even added a playground with a slide, swing set, tree house jungle gym set in our private park!

This is a good place for those that have worked hard all week and now wish to float around on the lake and gaze at the sky, cast out for some fishies or float around on our row-boat or bring up some kayaks to float around on.
This is a great place for mountain climbers as we are just a mile from the well known climbing cliffs. Our land borders Mohonk Preserves and we are around the corner from Minnewaska State Park!
This is a great place for swimmers! Our pool can support a lapster all day long and we open early May and close late October!
This is a great place for your corporate retreat wherein your business executives need a quiet place to catch up and have a private meeting to plan important projects and to work hard while being in a heavenly peaceful and relaxing environment away from hustle and bustle with wifi, loads of tables and small desks and more!
This is a great place for a meditation group, or a spiritual retreat, where people can quietly meditate, relax, do art projects, write, think and catch up with their thoughts. The lake is especially great for this type of experience.
Because our home is so great for families, to encourage more family visitors we installed a fabulous playground with a swing set, climbing wall, tree house, slide and climbing ladder. Loads of fun for kids in multiple ages. We also have a small private park for our renters featuring a great space for picnics, volley ball and more.

Because this is a quiet residential we seek groups that are specifically seeking a quiet place themselves so that we make a good match.

COMPANY WORK RETREAT :what a perfect spot to relax and do our company meeting. Everything was seemless,we rented both houses and we're very happy with the short walk between them. Everything was set up for our meetings when we arrived and iris and her team were extremely helpful. Both places were spotless, iris had a handyman on call for us, although we didn't need him, the hot tubs were the highlight of our stay and we did multiple meetings throughout our work stint. Bedrooms were all very private and separate from one another, meeting spaces centrally located. We all enjoyed our work retreat and plan on coming back more once. We are very happy to see that there awas plenty of tables space and desks for all our members and the Internet service was working. That was one major concern we had . But we were very relieved to see both the wireless and direct plug in were all satisfactory. The tvs worked out well for our meditors presentation and both houses had rooms big enough to accommodate our entire group at one house or the other. All in all we had been numerous vacation rentals homes and these two homes as a pair were the most perfectly suited for our needs had the most amenities and thebest service and staffing and a very accommodating home owners. Some of our gusers have mentioned they want to come back in the summer with their families to enjoy the lake and pool.

Our family had a wonderful reunion over the Christmas week. Space inside and out was wonderful!

We had an absolute BLAST during our time here! We celebrated two 30th birthdays with our closest friends and family. Most of our time was spent soaking up the sun in the huge pool and playing volleyball by the new picnic tables. Lots of great space in the house for all the sleep comfortably, along with plenty of linens and towels to use. We used the charcoal grill (the bigger one works better) for most of our meals and loved being able to walk down to the lake to enjoy the views. Iris was a joy to work with, as she was very prompt with her responses to all of our questions. We hope we have another opportunity to rent the property again! Thank you for the great memories!
