Outdoors: The gorgeous yard features a sparkling saltwater pool and spa with in pool seating and fabulous colored lighting to light up the night. The pool has a tanning ledge, 4

lounge chairs, tables and chairs. The gas fire bowl with seating for all is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy. Other outdoor seating options include another covered conversation areas. Grill up your dinner and catch the sunset with the outdoor BBQ. Dine at either of the two outdoor tables. Newly added outdoor Shower with pop-up changing room cabana. Indoors: The first thing you see when walking into this beautiful entry is the french doors with access to the pool. Directly to your right is the dining room. To your left is the living room. The living room includes a large white sectional sofa and flatscreen 70'' TV, office space and multi games poker table. Dining table has seating for 8. You won't ever feel like you're missing the action by being in this kitchen! The island has under counter LED mood lighting with two bar stools in the center of the kitchen and creates a place for everyone to gather and socialize. Beautiful granite counter tops make for the perfect backdrop to preparing a fabulous gourmet meal. Fully stocked with all the kitchen necessities, our guest favorite Countertop Ice maker (makes 26lbs of ice daily) including GE appliances such as oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a 5 burner gas stove top. Other kitchen goodies include a pantry, coffee maker/grinder, toaster, blender, mixer, spice rack, roasting pan, teapot and table settings and glassware for 12 people.

Bedroom Descriptions: The luxurious and spacious Master Suite (Bedroom 1) features a Cali King-size bed, flatscreen, a walk-in closet and beautiful doors that open to a balcony overlooking the front of house accompanied by mountain views. Tub, Large shower, and separate dual sinks.

Bedroom 2 features a King bed, reach-in closet. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, and reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed, and reach-in closet. Bathroom with shower and dual sinks.
