Located on the 6th floor of Building 4, you get a quiet location with a view of the tennis courts, pool, and bay. Enjoy free wi-fi in the unit, a comfortable king sized bed, a new sleeper sofa, and easy elevator access to the condo.

The Beach & Tennis Club is steps from the sands of the Gulf of Mexico where you can find great seashells and see dolphins and manatees. Doc's Beach House is across the street from the club where you can enjoy great food (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) and drinks and watch a gorgeous sunset. You can also rent a wave runner, kayak, or paddle bike.

Do you enjoy playing tennis? The Beach & Tennis Club features ten beautiful Har-tru (clay) tennis courts that are free for your use as our guest. We also have two large heated swimming pools and a kiddie pool for your kids or grand kids. Also available on site are several gas barbeque grills and a hair salon.

The condo comes with everything you'll need to enjoy the beach...we provide beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. Just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen!
