3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with in-ground pool. The house is very clean and fully furnished. Located in a nice quiet North Port neighborhood, this comfortable three bedroom, two bath vacation home is situated on a very nice fenced in lot. The Pool/Patio area is great for Backyard party/Barbecue or just sipping your coffee outside in the morning and enjoying the quiet stillness of the pool water and sun. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and Private Bathtub/shower combo. 2nd Bedroom equipped with full size bed and bunk beds and a 3rd Bedroom a Trundle bed and a full sized bed. Both share a 2nd full Bathroom with bathtub/shower combo.There are 2 air mattresses for added sleeping needs. The Kitchen is newly remodeled with granite counter tops and is very spacious and fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The home has an attached 1 car garage for easy parking and convenience.
There is Netflix access and Wi-Fi. One a smart tv so you can log on to your Netflix. The Home is Protected by an alarm system. Property manager is a family friend and is only a short distance if you need anything. We prefer no pets and the house is non smoking.
