Our backyard (the beach) features a rarity in a reef, home to tropical fish and a fisherman’s dream of some of the country’s best sport fishing for snook, redfish, trout, tarpon, etc. Paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing, jetskiing, snorkeling, gathering shells and fossilized sharks teeth, make this one fun playground. The beach is a nesting area for sea turtles. Dolphins frequent the waters just offshore, cruising for fish that attract a wealth of birds, from pelicans to great herons. On occasion, manatee will cruise our beach.

An entertainment center features a 60-inch Sony HDTV, Blueray DVD player, surround-sound speakers, and wireless internet connectivity, movie streaming etc. A large farm table welcomes 10 diners beside a modern kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel refrigerator-freezer, Bosch dishwasher, disposal, microwave, oven, ceramic surface cooktop. A propane/charcoal grill and electric smoker broaden cooking options.

Six white wooden rocking chairs await you on the second floor open air balcony overlooking the lawn, tree canopy, and of course, beach and Gulf, replete with gorgeous sunsets. An outdoor enclosed rainshower pours torrents of water to refresh from salt water dips. Hammocks for deck and lawn (strung between palms) provide relaxing perches.

A third deck sits beachside atop the sand with a decorative table seating six for sunset dinners by the surf.
