The Bonita Beach Condominiums Complex is a gated community built around a landscaped courtyard at the north tip of Little Hickory Island. The facilities for your vacation enjoyment include 2 tennis courts, large heated swimming pool,Gulf of Mexico beach front,fishing pier, tennis, shuffleboard, and a variety of recreation areas including a picnic area. Shopping,golf,restaurants, and boat rentals are nearby, some within walking distance.

Our condo is a beautiful two bedroom,two bath unit on the 6th floor with a screened patio in front, a back balcony off both bedrooms with views of either the back bay or courtyard and ocean. The unit is fully furnished with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom and two full beds in the second bedroom. Upgraded tile flooring along with central air, heat, and ceiling fans make this a place of solace. Should you get too much of the sun, there are flatscreen TV's in each bedroom and living room as well as dvd players and Roku. The kitchen is complete for your convenience, equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, blender and the major appliances you might expect with a condo of this distinction. Linens, pillows and such necessities are provided and will be fresh on your arrival. A washer and dryer are also provided. Beach items are also on hand such as blankets, towels, umbrella, coolers and beach chairs.

The convenience of the location is prime, just off Highway U.S 41 and minutes from I-75, with easy access to Fort Myers' Southwest Regional Airport. In season, from Christmas to Easter, the weather should be most delightful. Temperatures range at that time from 70-85 degrees and there is generally a glorious breeze off the Gulf of Mexico.
