This family residence can also be used as a duplex. It has an upper and lower level with dead-bolt locks on entrances to each floor. There are two kitchens, each fully equipped with refrigerator/freezers, microwaves and flat screen TVs with WiFi. The floor plans for both Upper and Lower levels are slightly different. Each bathroom in the Lower Unit has an overhead shower. The Upper level has a bathtub with overhead shower. Furnishings in the Lower level include a Queen bed with dresser in one bedroom and Single beds in each of three other bedrooms. The Upper level has two large bedrooms with a Queen and Single bed in one and a Double and Single bed in the other. The Lower level sleeps 5 in beds and 2 more on a Futon. The Upper level sleeps 6 plus 2 on a Queen couch sleeper. The ideal occupancy for whole house is 10 to 11 but will accommodate 15. This is a classic beach house with knotty pine wall and ceiling and pine wood flooring in the Upper level. The property is 100 yards from the beach and across the street from Boulineau's grocery/hardware and variety store in town center. Basil’s Pizza, Flounders and Duffy’s Seafood restaurants are a block away. These places have receive rave reviews from our Guests
