This is a private home / villa located on the grounds of the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort and not a hotel managed room. Guests to inquire on their own respective to fees and costs associated with golf, spa facilities, and / or all excursions. Owner makes no promises or guarantees.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing to Owner via email on this site. With that said, once the unit is paid/booked, said reservation is immediately shown as blocked off / “booked” on the VRBO.com website barring anyone else from making the same reservation. Reservations are first come, first serve.
