The kitchen comes equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric oven, stove, china, utensils, glassware and cookware. Spacious living rooms with ample space for entertaining. Family room off kitchen with Smart TV, cable, Wifi, & Netflix. Laundry room is a separate room located in the garage and comes equipped with washer and dryer and a separate bathroom with shower. House has hardwood floors throughout and a small patio with outdoor furniture in the backyard, high speed internet/Wifi, cable TV, and utilities are included.
Our location is ideal. The house is just a block off highway 29 in a quiet, residential neighborhood with ample parking. It is a 4 min walk to world class restaurants and bars such as Cook, Architype, Farmstead, Goose & Gander as well as small coffee shops and bakeries. The Culinary Institute of America is only a 10 minute walk and main street is only a 5 minute walk from the house with many boutique shops and eateries to explore.
