INSIDE THE RENTAL

The large driveway has plenty of room for 5 cars. Inside, you and your group can make yourself at home in over 3,700 square feet of space.

Feed your hungry crowd in the large and fully-stocked kitchen supplied with pots, pans, knives, crock pot and blender, plus all full-size appliances, including two microwaves, oven with stovetop and side-by-side fridge.

Ring the dinner bell and gather the group around the large dining table with seats for 8. A bar area seats 4 more for meals and snacks. Just off the kitchen and dining area, a game room invites friendly competition at the pool table.

The classy-yet-comfy couch and loveseats create a welcoming vibe in the living room. The 55” HDTV has TiVo with HBO and an Xbox One console for playing DVDs and Blu-Rays. A desk houses a computer with Internet access for guests to stay caught up with the outside world (if you want to, that is!).

Draw straws for the massive 600-square foot master bedroom, complete with pillow-top king bed and 65” plasma TV with TiVo. A separate seating area with centerpiece brick fireplace beckons you to curl up with a good book. Continue to pamper yourself in the master bathroom with his-and-her sinks, dressing area and soaking tub.

Another pillow-top king bed, as well as 55” wall-mounted TV, welcomes guests to sleep like babies in the 2nd bedroom. In the 3rd bedroom, two pillow-top queen beds and a twin day bed with trundle provide plenty of sleeping space. The upstairs guest bath has dual sinks, toilet and tub and shower combination.

On the first floor, the 4th bedroom comes with a queen bed and twin day bed with trundle, ideal for a young family. Across the hall, the 5th bedroom has a queen bed, two side tables and large window. Guests on this floor can utilize a full bath offering plenty of storage, single sink, and tub and shower combination.

Need even more sleeping space? The upstairs loft has a futon that doubles as a queen bed.

The roominess of the home continues outside too on the large patio area surrounded by tall pine trees. It houses outdoor furniture for the warmer months and a dual gas and charcoal BBQ grill for easy meals. Sip on a cold drink as you soak away your cares in the hot tub.

THE LOCATION

Located in a beautiful cul-de-sac in the desirable Fox Farm neighborhood, the home sits only 10 minutes from the village of Big Bear Lake. There, you can wander the main street, browsing the boutiques and shops and stopping for lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants and bars.

If that’s not close enough, several other restaurants and stores are only a 5 to 7-minute drive away. Dine at the Mountain Café (5 minutes) and grab a nightcap at the Black Diamond Tavern next door.

Hit the slopes at the Snow Summit Ski and Snowboard Resort (9 minutes), offering runs for all ages and skill levels. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 7 minutes in the other direction when you’re up for a new challenge.

In the warmer months, Bear Mountain Golf Course is just 6 minutes away.
