Our townhouse, located on world famous Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona, in the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, is a wonderful choice for a vacation on the Big Island. This ocean front gated complex of 16 acres is beautifully landscaped and built around ancient Hawaiian ruins . Relax, swim, snorkel, surf! Enjoy the lush gardens, the pool and a Hawaiian Heiau (temple) from your lanai while you sip Kona Coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset. Play tennis day or night on one of three tennis courts. Try some volleyball or hang-out at the pavilion and meet people from all over the world. BBQ in grilling areas. Dive into the cool waters of the large pool. Curl-up and watch a movie classic in our townhouse. Read a book on a private beach. Feel the Aloha of the Big Island at our condo in the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club.

Our tropical and tranquil 2 story townhouse has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Private parking is directly in front of our unit. You will have living-dining-kitchen-bathroom and lanai on the first floor. The kitchen is well equipped for a variety of meals from smoothies to gourmet dining. Full sized washer/dryer, Wi-Fi and phone service to USA, Canada, Mexico, and many International locations are free. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor. There is a cal-king bed in one bedroom and two extra-long twin beds in the second bedroom with plenty of storage for all your belongings. Ceiling and floor fans will keep cool breezes flowing throughout the night or day. Open windows will catch the sounds of ocean surf, native song birds and the perfumes of plumeria and jasmine flowers outside your windows. We supply chairs, towels, boogey boards, umbrellas and portable coolers for beach days, and tennis rackets and golf clubs for active days. Amenities for smaller children available upon request.

It’s just a short walk to Keauhou Shopping Center for groceries, restaurants, shops, a bank, post office, movie theatre and a drug store. Kahalu’u Beach Park is also within walking distance for excellent snorkeling and surfing. Catch the Kona Trolley for a 4.5 mile ride into seaside Historic Kailua Village (Kailua-Kona) for shopping, entertainment, restaurants and bars, parasailing, jet skiing, submarine rides and many more island activities.

Our townhouse is smoke and pet free. 3 night minimum stay. 7 night minimum stay during Ironman and Christmas.
