Our comfortable and inviting home is located just 6 blocks from the heart of Graeagle, making it an easy stroll to Mill Pond, shopping and dining. Our 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 10-14 people comfortably. A perfect location for multi family vacations, family reunions and friends getaways! Our home is located on a large .5 acre lot, surrounded by beautiful pine trees on a quiet cul de sac. With a fenced in dog run, well behaved and house trained pets are welcome. A large kitchen allows plenty of room for cooking up a feast or use the gas grill for a perfect BBQ on the back deck. A large garage is available for storing all your toys, bikes, golf clubs, kayaks, fishing gear, snow shoes and skis, you'll need them all in this outdoor lovers paradise! There is additional parking for RV or boat trailer.

Our home is fully stocked with all your basic kitchen and cooking supplies, towels and linens. In summer time there are some inner tubes for floating in Mill Pond. In the garage we even have a kegerator available and suggest a trip over to The Brewer's Lair brewery to pick your poison.

Many trails are riding distance from the house and the Lakes Basin recreation area is just a short drive away up Gold Lakes Highway. Our home is centrally located right in the heart of Graeagle, many things are within walking distance with golf courses also just a short drive away.

We feel it is important to note that this is our family vacation home and many of our neighbors are full time residents. Although our home accommodates large groups, this is not a "party house". That being said, well behaved guys and girls weekends are welcome just respect our neighbors and keep noises levels down after dark.
