A wet bar is centrally located in the house, and off the spacious entry into the main house a roomy half bath is located.
The TV room has comfortable seating, sliding doors open to the patio and also views of the pool and golf course. This room has a Sony Smart TV with 3-D option and Netflix. Verizon FIOS is available for internet providing fast connections.
The dining area is located in the open flow of the floor plan near the kitchen, with a table that seats six. Attached to the main house with private entrances off the courtyard then into the main house are two full suite casitas, comfortably furnished and roomy. The location offers privacy and a feeling of tranquility. Each casita has a king-size bed, a full bath which includes a shower, toilet, single sink with generous counter space, and a large closet.
Outdoor features include a heated pool and jacuzzi hot tub along with plenty of lounge chairs and a patio table with six chairs, and a gas barbecue.
