A Place In The Sun is a grand private residence that was just completed at the end of 2011. This exquisite, brand new 6 bedroom home features the finest craftsmanship in every detail, and offers maximum privacy for it's esteemed guests. This home can sleep 18 guests in the main residence and guest quarters. The Bridges ski run is accessed through a magical, maintained forest trail, about 100 yards from the house.

Everything in this home is state-of-the-art. On the main level of the home is the great room, kitchen & dining areas. The great room is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and hand crafted wood work. Sofas surround a huge stone fireplace that stretches 30 feet to the ceiling. To the left of this living area is the kitchen & dining table for 8. The kitchen, dining room and living room all open out to a paved stone patio with a gas grill & outdoor furniture. There is a hallway leading away from the kitchen that takes guests to an exercise room, an outdoor hot tub and a 3 car garage.

On the upper level of the home there are 4 guest suites. The master suite has a king sized bed, a private deck, a flat screen TV and a decadent master bathroom. There is another similar king suite, as well as a suite with 2 queens, and a suite with bunk beds (queen on bottom, twin on top) and an additional king bed.

On the lower level of the home is an entertainment center complete with a billiards table, a wet bar, a dine in wine cellar and movie theater.

There is also a guest quarters which is attached to the main residence. The guest quarters has 2 queen bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom.

The guest quarters is self contained, with it's own full kitchen & lounge area. It also has it's own entrance.
